Anna has been practicing therapeutic massage in the Eau Claire area since 1985! She received her training at the Minneapolis Holistic Health Center, and since then has taken numerous advanced coursed in massage therapy (Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports massage, Pre-natal, Infant massage and Hot Stone massage).
Anna has a B.S. degree in Education. For 11 years she taught middle/high school Family & Consumer Education and Health Education. She also completed the Chaplaincy program at Luther Hospital and she's an Avatar Master, a CNA and a Life Coach.

Roseann is a graduate of the Chippewa Valley Technical College, Therapeutic Massage Program. She has received a certificate in clinical Thermography, in August of 2008. Recently Roseann has attended a two day Myofascial Mobilization Workshop, September "09".
Along with working for Optima Health & Vitality Center, Golf Rd. Eau Claire, Roseann currently has a Therapeutic Massage business, Body Health with Roseann, and also works with Dr. Amy at Lake Wissota Family Chiropractic located off of Seymour Cray Rd. in Chippewa Falls.
